Secret Ocean - Kokoro No Furyoku
As far as Indie rock groups go, Secret Ocean has one of the lightest and prettiest sounds I’ve heard. This Japanese group specialize in sweet acoustic pop. Singing in both Japanese and English, the vocalist has a refreshing tone that reminds me of a Asian version of Billie The Vision and The Dancers. Listen to “Photograph” and you’ll know what I mean. This is a nice surprise in the Jamendo catalog and an album everyone should hear.
