Hermelin - Hermelin
I’m a bit of a Johnny-Come-Lately on this free and legal musical treat. A lot of blogs have said some nice things about it and they are well deserved. The German post-rock group Hermelin have a full-bodied sound delivering these somewhat miminalist melodies. Moody and intelligent, their self-titled album is best listened to in a single sitting to experience the full and lingering power of the nine instrumental tracks.
The album is available as either separate tracks or album zip in 256kbps MP3.
They sound alot like Red Sparowes. In the same vein as Isis, Neurosis, and the like….
