Fall Cleaning 2007
I just completed my semi-annual link cleansing marathon. All links to featured albums were inspected, cleaned and given the Free Albums Galore seal of approval. Lots of albums links that were not working are now fine. If you previously couldn’t download an album you might want to check it again. It would be nice if the artists and labels would tell me when they change the URLs but I’m not complaining. It keeps my life interesting. I also marked the dead links as “No longer available”. The amount of dead links increased mainly due to the demise of Disfish.

minus 51 albums that are no longer available…

774 available albums!

Fantastic work blues_hound: as always! Thanks again for running such a superb blog. I feel duty bound to point out (though it’s likely you know already) that the fantastic Billie The Vision and The Dancers that I raved about on the eMu boards have a new Free Album out (Where the ocean meets my hand) at the same page as their other 2 wonderful albums. And it’s great. All the best!

Once again, man, great job. This is a resource that I’ve linked to a fair number of people- these bands, and your site, deserve to be recognized.
Also: on the same train as oldmikey, Billie Vision and the Dancers’ new album is, I think, even better than their old ones. Definitely check it out if you have not already.

Yes, the new Billie The Vision and The Dancer album is great! I have a write-up all ready to go. I was going to wait on it a while but you all convinced me to put it up right away…like now.
