Emily M. Mitchell - two works
Flautist Emily M. Mitchell presents two complete classical pieces for flute and piano on her Download.com page. Bach’s Sonata in E Minor is a stately work that is well played by Ms. Mitchell and her accompanying pianist. Paul Hindemith’s Sonate For Flute and Piano is a beautiful but atypically dark work broken only by a playful third movement. Both compositions are exemplary pieces in the repetoire for the classical flute and well worth the listen.
