I played with John in a pop/rock band in the early 70s. He was one of the nicest people I've ever performed with. Made a few recordings with him. Fell out of touch over the years. I was shocked to hear of his death. I recall had a sister who married and moved to Canada and also a brother Rob who spent much of his free time in Mexico. I always hoped to form another band with him but never got around to it. I have such fond recollections of him playing the clubs for not a lot of money. I also recall being told by one club owner that "you guys are really too good to play here" which is an unusual reason for termination.

The album is available from Magnatune. Go here where you can either purchase a CD quality download or have an actual CD mailed to you. I have purchased a number of CDs from Magnatune and I highly recommend them.

I have enjoyed pretty much every album you've posted here, but I must say that this one is particularly wonderful. I never would have discovered it on my own! Thanks a lot and please keep up the great work.
